No matter how good the company, people are going to complain. Just don’t let the complaints against Verizon Wireless dissuade you from choosing their service.
First, the reputation regarding Verizon Wireless customer complaints is an old one. Things have changed. If you have had problems with Verizon in need of fixing as of late, you likely had a rather pleasant experience. The one advantage the competitors had had over Verizon Wireless has largely evaporated. Thought T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T may have been first-movers in the area of cellular customer service, Verizon Wireless has all but now completely bridged that gap.
