Interval Running Program

I have found treadmill trainer brilliant to use. I have tried interval running program before, but it wasn’t easy to keep checking the watch etc, more time was spent looking at my watch than concentrating on running. Volume one is the answer, now look forward to my runs and progressing to volume 2.

Though I am not too fat but not fit as well, I always need to take help of wourkouts to keep fit myself. There is absolutley no other way. In fact, my physian also told me I just have corssed the limit of an excess body mass.
