We live in a fairly remote area and we don’t have a landline that’s attached to a large phone company. However, even our small company offers a phone book that’s listed by name and then another one that’s listed by phone numbers. So, if you have a number but no owner, you can use the free reverse phone number directory and find the person that the number belongs to. I sure wish we had been privy to something like this when I was a teenager. But, after I think about it, that’s a lot of prank phone calls I would have missed out on.
