I Got A VA Loan!
I tell everyone I know that I actually qualified for a VA loan. While the loan is not a loan from the government, it is a home loan program that helps veterans like me get into our own home. No money is required as a down payment, and the VA funding fee can be put on our loan too. I do not see what people who not apply for this great program. It is open to people who served our country in the military including the National Guard and Reserves! I tell all my Army buddies to go and apply for Arizona VA loans when they want to buy a home.
