Some of Them Aren’t Careful
When I stay in a hotel, I like to have a hot breakfast. In fact, that is the first thing I look for when I book. However, I have learned to be careful about the cafeterias in some of these places. You would think that they would be meticulous about their food service sanitation procedures, but some of them just aren’t. This is particularly bad because of the fact that people usually serve themselves, and the handles of the serving utensils are touched by dozens of people every hour. I have gotten into the habit of carrying antibiotic wipes with me and wiping off the utensils before I use them. If they would find a good hygiene partner, however, I wouldn’t have to.
