The economy is failing. There is no telling how, when or if it will ever recover at this point. That fact alone woke me up to downsizing and selling off some of my “stuff”. First I had a huge yard sale that yielded about $500 over a weekend, but that was small potatoes compared to what I got for my old gold jewelry.
