Engraved in my Heart
If there is one thing that I thought that I never understood, it would be engraved rings. My initial opinion was “What if I get one from my boyfriend and we break up? Then I have this ring with some sentimental note on it that I don’t want to see.” Since then, my opinion has definitely changed of engraved rings. I think that they are an extremely thoughtful gesture, whether they are from a significant other, or a family member. It is a good way to make something that is close to the heart, even closer, by just adding a few words.
