Upside Down Mortgage In Missouri
The Show Me State of Missouri has many people facing foreclosure and having to move out of their homes in a hurry. Many of them are also in the upside down mortgage situation even though the home values never went up high in Missouri.
In Kansas City, MO, home values are low in many areas but people still could not afford the home mortgages when they are out of work.
Many people living in poor neighborhoods live paycheck to paycheck and when the paycheck does not come in, they cannot pay their home payments. The laws in Missouri is not helping homeowners much though.
