Q. If I pre-order the 2010 Spring/Summer Idea Catalog, the Color Sample Pack, and the Preview Expressions, when can I expect to receive them?
A. All Idea Catalogs, Mystery Color Sample Packs, and Preview Expressions that are pre-ordered prior to December 17 at 11:59 p.m. midnight (MT) will be shipped via UPS. We expect pre-ordered items to arrive anytime between December 28 and January 4. This delivery schedule is based on normal transit times for UPS, so depending upon your location, arrival times may vary. To ensure that you have copies of the new Upper Case Living catalog when it launches, we recommend placing a pre-order for the catalog, particularly since the arrival times for complimentary copies will vary widely.
