Lose The Fat Gain the Muscle

As a large man, I’ve always wanted to lose weight and be ripped and cut like the football players you see on television. Instead, I’m just large. OK, I admit it, I’m fat. What I need is a weight loss plan that will help me lose the fat and a workout plan that will help me build muscle. I know I’ll never have a Tiki Barber body but I would love to have muscles where I currently have fat. I’ve got a full set of workout equipment in my garage, but I never seem to have the time to get out and use it.
