Living Without Acid Reflux
It had been a long time since I could remember being able to enjoy a meal without dealing with acid reflux symptoms afterward. Now, however, I can eat without pain or discomfort. I simply avoid foods that are too spicy or citrus food, too. I have discovered, also, that if I eat too much dairy, then I will the symptoms will return. It isn’t hard for me to avoid the foods that cause me pain and discomfort. I would rather “miss out” on certain food in order to avoid the kind of pain that acid reflux used to inflict on me.
