Eating Healthy Breakfasts

I just woke 30 minutes ago and now I am eating breakfast. I tend to eat a very healthy breakfast because it is a way to eat healthy food for fat loss. I want to lose 10 pounds and that is why I am dieting and exercising. Sometimes I workout in my house, while other times I prefer to exercise in the gym. There is a gym around my house that is the one I go to when I want to workout in a gym.

Today I wont be exercising because I want to go out instead. I don’t know where exactly I want to go.
