New Food for a New Me
I went to the doctor last week for some diet advice. I had my baby 3 years ago and have not lost any of the baby weight. Carrying around all of this excess weight makes me feel absolutely miserable all of the time. I tried a few diets on my own but after several attempts of losing a few pounds and then gaining it right back, I knew it was time for some help. My doctor suggested the primal blueprint cookbook. He said I needed to change my unhealthy eating habits. The unhealthy eating habits were sabotaging my health and were keeping me from maintaining any weight loss I had achieved.
