Once you have joined the Bigby coffee franchise team, you will receive in-depth training and ongoing support from the training team. The team will be immediately available to answer any questions you might have regarding their product, philosophy, and management goals. Before you actually start working in your new business, you will be enrolled in a three week extensive business training course. Such subjects as coffee and tea, Bigby menu choices, management skills and human resources development will be included in your training program. Then, you will spend another three weeks in an actual working environment to test out the skills you have just acquired. Once you successfully complete your training, you will train your staff in all of the business requirements of your particular store. That will give you personal involvement and interaction with your employees and they will be more likely to support your goals for your new business.
