Changing Dealership Traditions
For a long time now I have known that I needed to concentrate on the money makers at the car dealership. We sell two different makes of cars and while one is doing extremely well it is helping keep the other make afloat. I need to cut my losses and focus on the money maker. It will be hard to break this news though to the loyal customers. I need an Automotive Direct Mail to go out that will handle this rough conveyance of the severing of business in this regard to our customers. I want to make sure they know I can still service their needs in another fashion.
